We’re doing fartlek! I know I’m about to get my ass kicked with John’s workouts, just like last season…
Our training plan looks like this:
Monday: 8-10 x 400 (every Monday)
Tuesday: Long/Easy (4-6 miles)
Wednesday: Fast intervals (ex. 4 x 800 at 3:10, or copious amount of 200s)
Thursday: Same…
